Q Injection has a higher quanity of phospahte to help retain more moisture while in the resting period. This is from our Prime Injection flavor. We developed this for catering and restaurants in mind. Recommend mixing 1lb of Q Injections with 1 gallon of water. This will eqaul 1 full 5lb bag for a 5 gallons of water.  Good practices use: Place brisket in a slotted steam pan that sets over a bus. This will capture over spray of injection for reuse.
